Pam just got a pup.His name is Rex.She sets up a webcam call so Dad can look at him.Dad distrusts apps, but he will try it for Rex.At six, Dad pops up on her laptop.He waves and chats, but Pam gets none of it."Dad, you are on mute!" says Pam.Dad taps and taps."Tap mute again to unmute!" says Pam.At last, Dad yells, "Is this thing on?"Then his webcam slips off the desk.Now all Pam gets is his socks.One sock is red, and one sock is pink."Dad, your socks are mismatched!" says Pam."Rex will not mind," says Dad.But Rex yips nonstop at the laptop.He grabs the laptop wire and tugs."Rex, do not unplug that!" yells Pam.The laptop slides off the desk and snaps shut.The call is cut off.Pam calls Dad back, but the app will not let her.Then her landline rings."I think I blocked you by mistake.I will uninstall this app!" says Dad."Just unblock me, Dad!" says Pam.Dad unblocks her, and the call is back on.Pam holds up Rex."What a pretty pup!" says Dad.Just then, Rex steps on the laptop and mutes Pam."Unmute, Pam!" says Dad with a wink.
